The 2013 Annual Report of Ökotárs is now ready and available! We have an intense, full work year behind us: we distributed grants in several rounds within the Swiss and the EEA/Norway NGO Funds and the Greenbelt Program. Tree of the Year Hungary
We announce the Tree of the Year contest in Hungary for the first time. Any individual, informal group and organization can nominate their favourite tree whith a story. With the contest we participate in the European Tree of the Year competition.
Land with double prelude
Hungarian contemporary artists have offered their works for our auction. The income of the event will support nature protection and rehabilitation programs. The list of artists and the pictures have been exhibited in the Dorottya gallery. Click here to see the pictures

Changes in the life of the foundation
At its annual session on the 20th of February, the Board of Trustees - besides other issues - have decided about the management of the foundation too. Zsuzsa Foltányi, director of the foundation over the last 15 years, resigned due to private reasons.
Support from the American International School of Budapest
The American International School of Budapest chose Ökotárs to be the beneficiary of their annual fundraising action in 2009. The students collected more than 200 000 Forint s during the Blue Ribbon Week and from the sales of a theater show by "The Terrible Umbilical Brothers".
