In partnership with our Czech sister organization, Nadace Partnerství, we have received a grant from the EU LIFE program for a joint project which aims at reducing the impact of urban heat islands. The project ending in 2020, and based on developing new IT tools will target two groups: offering collaboration to urban decision makers and professionals responsible for green spaces, and awareness raising and mobilizing the wider public to protect and enhance urban green spaces. The project was presented in the Ministry of Innovation and Technology at the VIII. LIFE Climate Policy Training.
