All applications first underwent a formal and administrative check, followed by an independent expert evaluation. Based on the evaluators’ opinions, the Selection Committees made a recommendation of projects for funding, with the final decision taken by the Steering Committee, comprising of the heads of the implementing foundations. Details of the evaluation criteria and the selection process are available in the respective calls for proposals.
Congratulations to all successful applicants! Those who were not awarded funding this time are encouraged to apply in the new calls for proposals to be launched this autumn.
Results
A total of 183 eligible applications were submitted under the Organisational Grants call. 25 have been selected for funding, with a total allocation of EUR 4,926,894. A further four applications, with a combined value of EUR 759,998, have been placed on the reserve list. List of selected applications.
The call for Capacity Building and Networking received 117 eligible applications. 11 projects have been selected for funding, with a total allocation of EUR 1,031,662. A further three applications, with a combined value of EUR 282,856, have been placed on the reserve list. List of selected applications.
The We Stand with Ukraine call received 54 eligible applications. 17 projects have been selected for funding, with a total allocation of EUR 1,661,702. List of selected applications.
The EEA & Norway Grants Fund for Civil Society in Hungary provides support to strengthen Hungarian civil society organisations, thereby promoting democracy, the rule of law, the protection of human rights, and efforts to address pressing social challenges in Hungary.
