CSOs of the Civilisation coalition welcomed the words of Mayor Gergely Karácsony and Deputy Mayor Gábor Kerpel-Fronius at the reception held in the City Hall, offering partnership on behalf of the Metropolitan Municipality to those active in the civil sector in Budapest. Civilisation coalition aimed at contribute to this joint work by sending its set of proposals on the good practice of cooperation with CSOs to the municipality of the capital and the mayors of the districts. Signatory organisations, including Ökotárs, believe it is important for the nearly 14,000 CSOs registered in the capital to contribute to the work of local governments through their expertise and resources, as the two sectors work for the same purpose, for the well-being of our communities.
