Community-Organizing-Leadership annual evaluation meeting

The coronavirus pandemic has created a new, uncomfortable situation in the lives of partner communities in the Community-Organizing-Leadership program - but which was turned into advantage. Unfortunately, access to the Internet and tools for active online contact has not only been a problem in online education. In disadvantaged areas, the communities themselves experienced how community relationships were weakened in the absence of appropriate tools and regular personal (physical) contact. It was a special challenge for community organizers to find answers to this problem and to ensure the further community building. Communities have launched information campaigns and edited publications on the coronavirus pandemic. Donations were collected and distributed to strengthen online education (computer tools) and daily hygiene (disinfectants) for families in need. They helped formulate aid requests to municipalities and utility providers. The topics of the meeting were sharing experiences of 2020 and the preparation for 2021.
